City to Surf Sponsorship - August 9, 2009

1. If you're registered to run, consider asking for sponsorship to raise money for Kids Like Brett.  Download the registration form here.
   
2. If you've missed out, consider donating the $53 entry fee to Kids Like Brett.  Download the donation form.
   
3. Or, simply donate now because 100% of all funds raised are used to purchase life saving medical equipment for our children's hospitals.
